SPANISH LANGUAGE AS A WEAPON

SOME TIPS FOR GETTING A BETTER SECURITY BACKGROUND 1-USE OF BILINGUAL DICTIONARIES. 2-TAKING SPANISH CLASSES FOR TOURISTS. 1-You can find abbreviated bilingual dictionaries. It will help you to communicate by yourself without with native speakers. Language is a security weapon: you will not be confused nor cheated by anyone, if you know basic Spanish vocabulary for getting a better communication in the streets, cabs, restaurants, etc.You will find everything you need in a simple Google browsing.
2-Our city Major is improving English Language teaching in public schools but, it is the beginning….. Argentineans are not bilingual in their majority. There are Language Schools which are offering their services in short term courses and private teachers either (… Open shifts so you can keep on sightseeing while you learn Spanish!).

UNEXPLORED BUENOS AIRES #2

 Subway murals

They are in a dispersion all around the City.
. We need to seek, station by station. But I will be working so you can enjoy Buenos Aires free of charge and wondering around, if you don't like programmed sightseeing.

Downtown subways stations murals:

CATEDRAL STATION

(On Diagonal Norte)....

CATEDRAL STATION MURALS:

This mural belongs to Mafalda, she speaks about our crazy world as a miniature in her room.

The man beside Mafalda is her author, Miguel Quino.

Bolivar Station, Line E to Medalla Milagrosa.

----Always downtown, just a few blocks from Peru Station (walking on the Peru street, towards the South of the City) you will find the entrance of Bolivar Subway station. Peru street and Diagonal Norte corner.

This hidden statue was made by Nilda Toledo Guma, in 1983.

This is unexpensive way of sightseeing. Remember be careful with your goods, don't flash your cameras, and put your bags on the front not at your back!

Good weather is coming to Buenos Aires in February, a bit rainy but more fresh and comfortable!

We are waiting for you in this lovely City!

Liliana
